We undertake a detailed review and analysis of the current sales situation and report our findings. Redgrove Associates use a range of products including coaching, training and sales consultancy to strengthen your entire sales and management organisation, its architecture and people.

Structured approach

Your training budget is precious – don’t blow it on poorly targeted training. We believe that the key to successful training is a structured planning process.

Working with our clients we develop a training and coaching programme based on these criteria:

    1. What do staff need to be able to do that they cannot do now?
    2. How best are they able to learn?
    3. How does the training dovetail with corporate messages/core values?
