Bespoke is key

Redgrove Associates is about improving skills, via our bespoke management, leadership, personal development and sales skills training courses and individual coaching. Our key aim is to ensure that all participants attending Redgrove Associates’ courses return to the workplace with new skills & techniques and, most importantly, the confidence to actually put those newly acquired skills into practice. We work in partnership at every level – from the board room to the shop floor, with small SMEs, right through to the larger corporates in a wide variety of industries in the UK, Europe and the Far East.

Redgrove Associates people are highly experienced specialists gained through years in sales and management working across a broad range of industries. It is important that they are not seen as ‘just theoreticians’ or ‘wooden trainers’ – but people who understand real issues companies face (having had hands on experience themselves) and can then help them address and overcome these successfully. They work to ensure that the client receives the best return on their investment. Each course is tailored to meet the client’s specific training requirements; providing the client with a training experience that is second to none and is delivered with high levels of participant interaction and humour.
